I have lost my AppOnFly.rdp file

If you have deleted or lost your AppOnFly client (RDP file), you can easily help yourself:

  1. Log in to your web profile with your email address and password
  2. Click on Your Profile
  3. Click Re-send your login details
  4. Your login details and setup information (RDP client configuration) will be sent to your email address
  5. Check your mailbox
